恩替卡韦联合康艾注射液治疗HBV相关性中晚期肝癌的疗效分析

目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定丹灯通脑软胶囊中葛根素和阿魏酸的含量。方法采用Gemini C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈、0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:318 nm,柱温:35℃。结果葛根素和阿魏酸分别在21.0～210.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 7,n=6);2.6～26.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8,n=6)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为99.0%(RSD=1.6%)和98.7%(RSD=1.9%)。结论该测定方法简便、快捷、准确,为测定丹灯通脑软胶囊中葛根素和阿魏酸的含量提供了准确可靠的分析方法。

Determination of puerarin and ferulic Acid in Dandengtongnao soft capsules by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish an RP-HPIC method for the determination of puerarin and ferulic acid in Dandengtongnao soft cap- sules. Methods The sample was analyzed in Gemini C ls column （4.6 mm 250 mm,5 μm）, with gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution at flow rate of 1.0 mL min-l The UV detection wavelength was 318 nm, and the column temperature was 35℃. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range from 21.0 to 210.0 mg L- l （ r = 0. 999 7, n = 6） for puerarin, 2.6 to 26.0 mg L- 1 （ r = O. 999 8, n = 6） for ferulic acid. The average recovery was 99.0% （ RSD = 1.6% ） for puerarin ,98.7% （ RSD = 1.9% ） for ferulic acid. Conclusion The method is found to be simple, accurate and reliable for analysis of puerarin and ferulic acid in Dandengtongnao soft capsules.
