舰空武器系统维修保障能力评估模型研究

摘    要:简要分析了建立舰空武器系统维修保障能力评估指标体系的必要性,给出了指标体系的建立原则,根据评估指标体系的建立程序,结合部队实际维修工作,围绕人力资源、维修设施、维修器材、维修设备、技术资料、保障资料管理几个方面,建立了维修保障能力评估指标体系。结合层次分析法确定指标权重,提出了对该指标体系的多级模糊综合评价方法,并建立了评估模型。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the importance of building the index system for maintenance support capability assessment of ship-to-air missile weapon system. It gives its principle, according to the program of building index system and practical maintenance, and then gives the index system for maintenance sup- port capability assessment of ship-to-air weapon system. The index systems are composed of manpower, maintenance establishment, equipment, facility, technical data and maintenance data managing. AHP is proposed for ascertaining the weight of index system. The multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up to get an external, comprehensive, scientific and exact result.
