摘    要:通过进行Al/BN面层粉末、NiAlW合金底层粉末喷涂工艺试验,确定了Al/BN及NiAlW粉末的化学成分和粒度分布,使其适合大气等离子喷涂的工艺要求,并制备出Al/BN可磨耗封严涂层。该涂层结合强度和布氏硬度适中,450℃耐热震性能良好,且在300小时以内组织稳定。销盘摩擦磨损试验结果表明,在室温下,涂层刮削性好,没有对GH2150变形高温合金摩擦销造成明显损伤;在450℃下,未对ВТ18У钛合金和GH2150摩擦销合金造成明显的磨损损伤,但其耐磨损性能有所下降。

Abstract:The compostions and particle sizes of A1/BN topcoat and NiA1W bondcoat powders were established through thermal spray process tests so that the powders are suitable for atmospheric plasma spray processes. The A1/BN abradable coating is microstructurally stable within a hold time of 300 hours at 450℃ and is thermal shock resistant with a peak temperature set at 450℃. It possesses moderate tensile bond strength and Brinell hardness at a room temperature. Furthermore, this coating exhibited a favorable abradable property, with no significant friction damage induced to GH2150 alloy pins during pin-on-disk wear tests conducted at the room temperature. In addition, no damages were caused to the B T 18Y titanium alloy pins as well as the GH2150 pins after wear te sts performed at 450℃. The wear resistance of the AI/BN abradable coating was decreased significantly at 450 ℃ as compared to that shown at the room temperature.
