基于PLC和变频器的抽风系统节能改造

摘    要:针对改造前未进行调压变速控制的系统中存在的电能浪费,介绍了一种基于PLC、变频器与压力变送器的压力自动控制系统,并应用于袜机抽风除尘系统的节能改造.最终实现了节能减排的预期目标,经现场运行数据统计,节电效果能够达到30%左右.

Abstract:Contraposed the power waste in the traditional system without pressure adjustment and variable speed control,this paper presents an energy-saving system with automatic pressure control based on PLC,inverter and pressure transmitter,which has been applied to the reconstruction of the hosiery machine dedusting system by exhausters.The enhanced system finally achieves the expected goal of energy-saving and emission reduction.The effect can be almost 30 percent off according to field operation data.
