| Abstract: | This paper discusses on that people must recognize the position and functions of the sci-tech periodicals under the conditions of the market econom y, give full play to the superiorities of the sci-tech periodicals themselves, and the sci-tech periodicals must meet the needs of the market competition, ser ve the scientific research and production, accelerate the transformation of sci-tech payoffs into actual productivity, strive for the existence with the quali ty and for the development with the innovation. |
