骨肉瘤术后异体骨排异切口不愈合的治疗护理

目的讨论骨肉瘤术后异体骨排异切口不愈合的治疗护理经验。方法对2013年9月收治的1例骨肉瘤切除后行异体骨植骨术切口不愈合患者，通过选用适合的湿性愈合敷料控制炎性反应和预防感染，管理渗液，促进肉芽生长，保护周围皮肤。结果患者伤口经65d的换药处置，最终愈合，右上肢功能良好。结论使用新型敷料对不愈合伤口进行处置护理，可加快骨肉瘤术后异体骨伤口的愈合进程，缩短换药时间，减轻患者痛苦，提高其生活质量。

Nursing of Non-healing Incision due to Allograft Rejection after Osteosarcoma Surgery

Objective To reporte the nursing experience of non-healing incision due to allograft rejection after osteosarcoma surgery. Methods One patient with non-healing incision due to allograft rejection after osteosarcoma surgery treated in September 2013 was selected. The suitable moist healing dressings was chosen to control inflammation, prevent infection, manage exudation, promote the growth of granulation, protect the surrounding skin, shorten the dressing time and reduce the suffering of patients. Result The wound healed well after 65 clays of dressing with the function of the right upper limb recovered. Conclusion The moist healing dressing not only improved the quality of patient＇s life and increased the patient＇s confidence of overcoming the disease, but also made the patients more active to cooperate in the next treatment.
