脑卒中住院患者发生深静脉血栓的影响因素调查

目的探讨脑卒中住院患者发生深静脉血栓(DVT)的危险因素。方法选取2017年3月至2018年9月收治的240例脑卒中住院患者为研究对象,其中40例患者发生DVT,采用多因素logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,D-二聚体含量异常、中心静脉置管、肌力≤3级、卧床>2周为影响脑卒住院患者发生DVT的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论医护人员应注意排查脑卒中住院患者各种危险因素,早发现,早采取相应措施,预防DVT的发生。

Investigation on the influencing factors of occurrence of deep venous thrombosis in hospitalized patients with stroke

Objective To investigate the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with stroke.Methods We selected 240 cases of inpatients with stroke who were admitted from March 2017 to September 2018 as the study subjects.Among them,40 cases of patients developed DVT.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the abnormal D-dimer content,central venous catheterization,muscle strength≤3,and bed rest>2 weeks were the independent risk factors for occurrence of DVT in hospitalized patients with stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical personnel should pay attention to screening various risk factors of hospitalized patients with stroke,detect them early and take corresponding measures to prevent the occurrence of DVT.
