中文版老年2型糖尿病自我管理行为量表的信效度分析

目的汉化老年2型糖尿病自我管理行为量表,并对其信效度进行评价。方法纳入2017年8月至2019年8月本院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者160例,应用翻译、回译、检译及跨文化调适对原量表进行汉化处理,分析中文版老年2型糖尿病自我管理行为量表的信效度。结果中文版老年2型糖尿病自我管理行为量表内容效度指数(S-CVI)及条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)均为1.00。量表的一致率P 0为0.687~0.964,Kappa系数K为0.51~0.92,且量表总分及各维度与糖尿病自我管理行为量表总分及其各维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论中文版老年2型糖尿病自我管理行为量表的信效度较好,且能够较好地评估老年2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为。

Analysis of reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the elderly diabetes self-management behavior scale

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese diabetes sell - management behavior scale for the elderly. Methods: Including 160 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019, the original scale will be translated, retranslated, quarantined and cross - cultuial adjusted according to the compiling procedure of the scale at home and abmad, the Chinese version of sell - management behavior scale for Type 2 diabetes was developed and its reliability and validity were evaluated. Results:Chinese version of SELF - MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR SCALE FOR TYPE 2 diabetes: 100% recall, the CRONBACHs Coefficient of the total scale is 0.864,the CRONBACH’s Coefficient of each subscale is 0.712 〜 0. 971 , all > 0.70, which indicates the reliability of the scale is good. The factor analysis method was used to extract 5 common factors, the total contribution rate was 69.458% , the factor load coefficient of each item was more than 0.40( P & Lt;0. 05) . . Conclusion :The Chinese version of Type 2 diabetes sell - management behavior scale has good reliability and validity, and can better evaluate the sell - management behavior oi elderly patients with diabetes.
