摘    要:灌浆套筒加劲肋间距的改变将直接影响结构的承载能力,为了获取最优的间距参数,利用有限元方法和现场试验进行了优化设计。结果表明,优化之后的灌浆套筒结构屈服强度提高了7%,极限强度提高了5%,同时说明有限元分析方法可有效的对套筒进行优化,对最佳设计方案的计算起到辅助作用;在灌浆套筒优化的问题中,以结构的最小应变能作为目标函数是可行的。

Abstract:The change of spacing between grouting sleeve stiffeners will directly affect the bearing capacity of the structure.In order to obtain the optimal spacing parameters,the finite element method and field test are used to optimize the design.The results showed that the yield strength of the optimized grouting sleeve structure increased by 7%and the ultimate strength increased by 5%.At the same time,it shows that the finite element analysis method can effectively optimize the sleeve and play a supplementary role in the calculation of the optimal design scheme.In the case of grouting sleeve optimization,it is feasible to take the minimum strain energy of the structure as the objective function.
