复发性自然流产抑郁情绪影响因素分析及护理对策

目的探究复发性自然流产患者抑郁情绪的影响因素与防护对策。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月在我院就诊的60例自然流产患者为研究对象,调查并比较其年龄、受教育程度、抑郁、应对方式、社会支持及人格等相关因素。结果不同婚姻状态下患者SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄、受教育程度、结婚时间、家庭月收入、人工流产、自然流产次数下患者SDS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将所有纳入因素进行多元线性回归分析,结果显示,年龄、受教育程度、结婚时间、家庭月收入、人工流产、自然流产次数是影响复发性自然流产患者抑郁情绪的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论复发性自然流产抑郁情绪影响因素呈现多样化特征,而通过采取心理干预,提高认知水平,改善不良个性特征,加强社会支持等措施,能够有效改善患者抑郁情绪。

Analysis of influencing factors of depression emotion and its nursing countermeasures in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective To explore the influencing factors of depression emotion and its protective countermeasures in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with spontaneous abortion who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 as the study subjects.Their age,education level,depression,coping style,social support,personality and other related factors were investigated and compared.Results The comparing difference of SDS scores of patients under different marital status was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the comparing differences of SDS scores of patients under different ages,education level,marriage time,monthly family income,induced abortion and times of spontaneous abortion were statistically significant(P<0.05).All factors included were analyzed by multiple linear regression.The results showed that the age,education level,marriage time,monthly family income,induced abortions and times of spontaneous abortions were the independent risk factors that affected the depression emotion of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of depression emotions of recurrent spontaneous abortion presented diversified characteristics,and by taking psychological intervention to improve cognitive level,improve bad personality characteristics,and strengthen social support,it could effectively improve patients'depressive emotion.
