| 摘 要： | 目的探讨车轮绞伤足跟部损失临床分型及显微外科修复适应证及修复方法。方法对105例车轮绞伤足跟部所致损伤进行临床分型,根据各型特点选择相宜显微外科修复方式。结果 Maryland足部评分标准功能评定为优85例,良13例,一般6例,差1例,优良率93.3%。结论车轮绞伤足跟部伤情复杂,临床分型有利于显微外科修复方法的合理选择,可提高修复损伤优良率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the indications and repair methods for heel wheel grounded injuries.Methods Conducted clinical analysis to 105 cases of wheel grounded injuries on heel from June 2002 to May 2009.Choose appropriate microsurgical methods based on their types.Results A Follow-ups were conducted within 5 months to 2.6 years.According to Maryland Foot Evaluation Criteria,there were 85 cases of excellent,13 cases of good,6 cases of fine and 1 case of poor.The excellent rate is 93.3%.Conclusion The wheel grounded injury on heel is complicated.Conducting a clinical analysis to the situation is helpful to choose the appropriate microsurgical method and increase the repair effects. |
