| 摘 要： | 引入神经网络,利用神经网络的自学习、自适应及非线性逼近能力,建立了针对城市金融发展的综合评判模型,并利用Matlab的神经网络工具箱进行开发实现.经过实证研究,表明了该模型的有效性,为城市金融发展综合评判提供了一种科学、可行的评标模型.

| Abstract: | The neural network is introduced.By utilizing the properties of self-study and self-adaptation of neural network that can approximate any nonlinear continuous function,a model of comprehensive(evaluation) is built and is carried out by the toolbox of Matlab.Through the simulation study with practical instance data,it is shown that the model presents very good performance and offers a scientific and effective model for evaluating urban financial development. |
