微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定化妆品中的锑

摘    要:采用微波消解技术对化妆品样品进行预处理,以电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定其中锑的含量。在0-0.5mg/L范围内,锑的浓度与质谱峰强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.011μg/L。

Abstract:After microwave digestion, stibium in the cosmetic samples was determined by ICP-MS. The peak intensity was linear with the concentration of stibium in the range of 0-5 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, and the detection limit of this method was 0.011 μ g/L.
