固体超强酸SO4 2-/TiO2催化合成柠檬酸三乙酯

摘    要:以固体超强酸SO4^2-TiO2为催化剂,用柠檬酸和乙醇合成了柠檬酸三乙酯。考察了催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应时间、带水剂种类对酯化反应的影响,确定了最佳的反应条件:以0.3mol柠檬酸为基准,甲苯为带水剂,m(催化剂)2.5g,n(柠檬酸);n(乙醇)=1:5.5,反应时间为8h,收率86.6%。

Abstract:The triethyl citrate was prepared with solid superacid SO~(2-)_4/TiO_2 as catalyst.The effect of factors on the yield was studied and the optimum synthesis conditions were determined:taking water reagent was toluene,mass of catalyst was 2.5g,molar ratio of citric acid to alcohol was 1:5.5,and reaction time was 8.0h(based on 0.3mol citric acid).The yield of esterification reached 86.6 %.
