| 摘 要： | p53上调凋亡调控因子(PUMA)是具有强大促凋亡作用的Bcl-2家族BH3-only亚家族成员。它可以通过p53依赖途径及非依赖途径促进细胞凋亡,在肿瘤的发生过程中及治疗中发挥着重要作用。PUMA的作用与p53状态无关,可能成为人类肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | PUMA (p53 up-regulated modulator of apoptosis) PUMA is a member of the BH-3-only group of Bcl-2 family protein,which plays a prominent role in promoting apoptosis.PUMA acts as an essential mediator of apoptosis via p53-dependent and p53-independent mechanisms.The function of PUMA has irrelevant to the status of p53,which suggests that PUMA can potentially be used as a new target for anticancer therapy. |
