| Abstract: | The kinetics of high temperature α-Amylase is studied,the time-reaction curve is drown up,the regression equation of enzyme concentration and 5 minute absorbance is obtained. The table between enzyme concentration and absorbance is worked out,then a spectrophotometry method for determining the activity of high temperature a-Amylase is set up. |
