摘    要:利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵催化氯乙酸和2,4-二氯苯酚合成2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵具有较高的催化活性,可以加快合成2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸.反应过程考察了2,4-二氯苯酚与氯乙酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对产率的影响以及催化剂的重复使用性能.反应的最佳条件为:在85℃下,2,4-二:氯苯酚和氯乙...

Abstract:2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid was synthesized with chloroacetic acid and 2,4-dichloro-phenol catalyzed by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide.Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide had a higher catalytic activity,and could be accelerate the synthesis of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid.Molar ratio of 2,4-dichloro-phenol to chloroacetate,catalyst amount,reaction time and reaction temperature on yield and performance of the repeated use of catalyst,were studied.The best reaction conditions were as followed:at 85℃,molar ratio of 2,4-dichloro-phenol to chloroacetate 1:3,catalyst weight of 0.3 g,reaction time 4h.The yield of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid was 54.37%.The amount of catalyst was small,and it was easy recovery and reused.
