双通道衰减测量系统的串扰分析

摘    要:通过对双平衡混频器的分析,推导出双通道衰减测量系统串扰的分析模型,并对双通道衰减测量系统进行了泄漏测试,验证了分析结果。基于分析结果,得出本振通道的隔离度应不小于120 dB的设计,以使在100 dB量程,串扰影响不大于0.01 dB。串扰分析模型对毫米波双通道衰减测量系统的设计以及不确定度评定具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:An analytical model of the crosstalk for the dual channel of attenuation measurement system is derived through analysis on the principle of a double balanced mixer. An experiment of measuring the crosstalk of a dual channel of attenuation measurement system is carried out. The analytical result is in fare agreement with the measurement data. Based on the analytical result, the isolation of the local oscillator channel should be larger than 120 dB in order to make the uncertainty of the crosstalk less than 0.01 dB at measurement range of 100 dB. The analytical model is of useful value for the establishment of the dual channel of attenuation measurement system and assessment of uncertainty of the crosstalk.
