摘    要:青东5海油陆采开发模式生产,原油在生产和外输过程中需要消耗较大的燃料进行掺水和升温进行原油降粘。在满足管输体积条件和原油乳化反相条件下对原油掺水量进行分析,确定了不同油井液量下的外输掺水量函数F(X),结合现场外输温度确定了最佳外输温度为43℃。将分析结论运用于现场生产后,掺水加热耗燃料油由之前的15吨/天降低到8.8吨/天,节能效果明显。

Abstract:Qingdong 5 block development uses the pattern of recovering marine oil on the land. So the processes of production andtransporting crude oil need to consume a larger of fuel to reduce viscosity of crude oil with water mixing and heating. In this paper,watering quantity was analyzed under the conditions of meeting pipeline volume and emulsion reverse-phase of crude oil. And thefunction F of outer transportation watering quantity under different fluid volume (X) was determined. Combined with on-sitetemperature, the optimum transportation temperature of 43 ℃ was determined. After applying the analyzing conclusions in on-siteproduction, fuel oil consumption of mixing water and heating was reduced from 15 tons / day to 8.8 tons / day.
