山茶种子抗骨质疏松有效部位群化学成分的含量测定

摘    要:目的测定山茶种子抗骨质疏松有效部位群的化学成分。方法采用分光光度法测定山茶种子醇提物中总皂苷、多酚和鞣质以及总黄酮的含量。结果山茶醇提物中总皂苷含量12.2%、总酚含量为4.30%(其中鞣质占1.87%);总黄酮含量为4.07%。结论本方法简便、准确、稳定性好、重现性好。

Abstract:Objective To determine chemical composition of utility parts of anti-osteoporosis in the seeds of Camellia jamonica L. Methods Spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of total saponin, total polyphenol and tannin, and total flavonoids in the seeds of Camellia japonica L. extract. Results The contents of total saponin, total polyphenol and tannin, and total flavonoids were 12.2%, 4.30%, 1.87% and 4. 07%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, with excellent stability and reproducibility.
