| 摘 要： | 目的 评价应用4Fr造影导管在经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影的可行性与安全性.方法 将96例行桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影的患者随机分为4Fr导管组（4F组,n=44）和5Fr导管组（5F组,n=52）,分别记录、比较两组间造影图像质量评分、造影成功率、手术时间、术中透视时间及并发症等.结果 两组间图像质量评分、造影成功率、手术时间及透视时间差异无显著性（P＞0.05）,而4F组并发症发生率明显低于5F组（P＜0.05）.结论 经桡动脉途径使用4Fr Radial TIG共用型导管进行冠状动脉造影的并发症少,患者舒适性较高,图像质量良好,可在临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of 4 French(Fr) catheters for coronary angiography through radial artery. Methods 96 consecutive cases randomly were divided into 4 Fr catheter group ( n=44) and 5 Fr catheter group ( n=52) undergoing coronary angiography. The coronary angiographic quality scores, the success rates of angiography, the operative time, the fluoroscopic time, and complications were measured respectively, and compared in 2 groups. Results The coronary angiographic quality scores, the angiographic success, the complications were reduced in the 4 Fr catheters group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Smaller diameter catheters (4 Fr) for coronary angiography, with lower complications and better tolerance. |
