摘    要:伸缩短接能有效改善测试管柱的受力状况,提高测试作业成功率,越来越广泛地应用到深层气井作业中,但如何对带伸缩短接测试管柱进行力学分析和优化设计,已经成为困扰现场作业工程师而又急需解决的技术难题。为此,首先建立了伸缩短接力学分析模型,在此基础上建立了带伸缩短接测试管柱在封隔器内不能移动情况下管柱、封隔器以及封隔器处套管的受力分析数学模型,并针对深层气井特点建立了管柱强度校核方法,为伸缩短接启动载荷计算、安装位置确定、长度设计以及管柱优化设计提供了理论依据。将研究成果应用于川东北元坝2井,对测试管柱重新设计后,使原本无法满足施工要求的测试管柱满足了高温高压深层气井的施工要求。
