心绞痛患者的Hcy hs-CRP与TC/HDL-C联合检测应用

目的：探讨心绞痛患者的同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值（TC/HDL-C）诊断价值及变化关系。方法：112例心绞痛患者（其中稳定型44例,不稳定型68例）和体检正常者35例进行Hcy、hs-CRP和TC、HDL-C测定并进行对比分析。结果：心绞痛组的Hcy、hs-CRP浓度和TC/HDL-C比值显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）,而其中不稳型心绞痛组的Hcy、hs-CRP浓度又显著高于稳定型心绞痛组（P〈0.01）,不稳定型心绞痛组的TC/HDL-C比值和稳定型心绞痛组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。直线相关分析显示心绞痛患者血清Hcy与hs-CRP呈正相关（r=0.743,P〈0.01）;Hcy和TC/HDL-C比值呈正相关（r=0.565,P〈0.01）。结论：对心绞痛患者Hcy、hs-CRP和TC/HDL-C比值进行联合检测及对比分析有助于及时掌握心绞痛的严重程度和变化状况及预测心血管事件的发生。

Application of Homocysteine,High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein and Total Cholesterol/High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol Ratio for Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective：To study the variability and the diagnosis value of homocysteine（Hcy）,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and total cholesterol/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （TC/HDL-C） in patients with angina pectoris.Method：The serum Hcy,hs-CRP and TC,HDL-C in 112 patients with angina pectoris including 44 cases stable angina pectoris and 68 cases unstable angina pectoris and 35 healthy subjects were detected and comparably analyzed.Result：The patients with angina pectoris had significantly higher levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C ratio compared with the normal group（p0.01）.Then serum Hcy,hs-CRP of the unstable angina pectoris （UA） group was obviously higher than that in the stable angina pectoris（SA） group（P0.01）,while there was no statistical significance in TC/HDL-C ratio（P0.05）.Straight Line relativity analysis showed that the levels of Hcy was positive related with hs-CRP（r=0.743,P0.01）,the levels of Hcy was positive related with TC/HDL-C ratio（r=0.565,P0.01） in the patients with angina pectoris.Conclusion：Hcy,hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C ratio of the patients with angina pectoris were detected and comparably analyzed,which can be used to diagnose severity and variation of angina pectoris timely,and can forecast to cardiovascular events.
