| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT在骨盆骨折中的临床应用价值。方法收集15例X线平片未见或可疑骨盆骨折，但临床上有局部疼痛与挤压痛的患者行CT扫描检查。结果CT发现髋臼骨折4例，髂骨骨折10例，骶尾骨骨折2例，耻骨横形骨折2例。结论CT扫描在骨盆骨折的诊断优于X线平片，对制定治疗方案有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the CT diagnosis of pelvic fracture.Methods Fifteen cases of pelvic fracture with local pain and tenderness were examined by CT scan.All were confirmed to have no fracture or suspected fracture by X-ray.Results CT scans showed that there were 4 caes of fracture of acetabular bone,10 cases of fracture of iliac bone,2 cases of sacrococcyx fracture and 2 cases of transverse fracture of pubic bone.Conclusion CT scan was superior to x-ray film in the diagnosis of pelvic fracture. It's very valuable in making treatments, identification of forensic medicine,compensation of insurance. |
