| Abstract: | This paper takes Guangdong province as a typical case, utilizes quantitative, spatial and comparative methods assisting some software, such as Excel, Coreldraw, analyzes thoroughly all the spatial characteristics of tourism resorts, including the pattern and differentia in space. Most resorts are located in two regions: one is the beachfront that looks like an arc. The other is a sector area surrounding the core of Guangzhou, Zhuhai, and Shenzhen. And this distribution pattern also illuminates the spatial characteristic of other areas in China, which will be benefit for the development and plan of resorts in future. |
