堆浸氰化液中金、银的综合回收

本文研究了用活性炭吸附法从堆浸氰化液中回收金、银的工艺流程。采用三段串联柱吸附，金、银吸附效果良好。负载炭用碱性醇溶液解吸，可使贫炭含金低于0．06g/kg，含银低于0．10g/kg，金、银的解吸率均达98％以上。解吸贵液通过电解，使金和银沉积到钢棉上，电沉积率99％左右。用硝酸溶解钢棉上的银，从而实现金银分离。金泥熔炼得合质金，用氯化钠沉淀银，再经还原熔炼得合质银。

COMPREHENSIVE RECOVERY OF GOLD AND SILVER FROM CYANIDE SOLUTION OF HEAP LEACHING

The technology of recovering gold and silver from the cyanide solution of heap leaching using adsorption by activited carbon was studied. The recoveries of gold and silver were high when the three-stage adsorption columns were adopted. The loaded carbon was eluted by the alkali solution of alcohol with the gold content in the. eluted carbon <0. 06g/kg carbon and silver <0. l0g/kg carbon, and the gold and silver recoveries reached 98% and more. The gold and silver were deposited on the steel wool in electrowinning of the eluted pregnant solution with the recoveries of these two metals 99% or so. The separation of silver from gold was carried out by dissolution of the silver deposited on the steel wool with nitric acid. The dore gold was obtained by melting the gold slime and the dore silver was obtained by melting the silver precipitated by sodium chloride.
