摘    要:为了对双断点塑壳断路器操作机构进行改进设计,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立机构的分析模型,实现了断路器分闸、合闸过程的仿真分析。通过对模型的参数化建模,研究了可变参数轴位置、组件质量、弹簧参数等对机构动作特性的影响,在此基础上确定了操作机构的具体参数方案。仿真验证了该方法是可行的。

Abstract:In order to improve the operating mechanism design of the double-break moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) ,this paper established an analysis model of the mechanism by using ADAMS. The simulation of circuit breaker closing and interrupting process was realized. And then the parametric model was established to analyze the effects of variable parameters of shaft position, assembly quality, spring parameters on mechanism characteristics. Finally the optimal operation mechanism was achieved.
