| 摘 要： | 目的]研究老鹳草乙醇提取物及水提取物对小鼠胃溃疡指数的影响.方法]采用消炎痛及利血平制作胃溃疡动物模型,检测小鼠溃疡指数.结果]老鹳草乙醇提取物及水提取物均减轻消炎痛型及利血平型胃溃疡所致黏膜损伤.结论]老鹳草乙醇提取物及水提取物均具有较好的抗溃疡作用,其机制可能与增强胃黏膜防御能力有关.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the effects of ethanolic extract and water extract of Geranium sibiricum on gastric ulcer in mice. METHODS The anti-gastric ulcer actions of the ethanolic extract and water extract of Geranium sibiricum were observed in mice, which experimental gastric ulcer induced by indomethacin and reserpine. RESULTS The ethanolic extract and the water extract of Geranium sibiricum both can allevate the injuries of gastric ulcer induced by indomethacin and reserpine. CONCLUSION The ethanolic extract and the water extract of Geranium sibiricum have anti-gastric ulcer action, The mechanisms of anti-gastric ulcer might be correlated with reinforcing the defense ability of gastric mucosa. |
