摘    要:热财生燃烧系统是高温空气燃烧技术的核心,主要由热交换器,燃烧器,快速切换阀组成。计算了空气,烟气在陶瓷换热器小孔中的换热系数,阻力及换热器的总传热系数;介绍了可实现燃料分级的燃烧器的工分析了其空气动力特性和火 焰特性;讨论了高温低氧燃烧的稳定性问题,预热空气的节能效果,及低NOx生产特性。

Abstract:High Cycle Regenerative Combustion System plays an important role in high temperature air combustion,it comprises three main components:heat exchanger with ceramic honeycomb,burner,4 way switching device for air and flue gas.The heat transfer coefficients and pressure drop of air and flue gas in ceramic honeycomb are calculated.The design of burner for graded fuel combustion is presented,and its characteristics of air dynamics and flame are analyzed as well.The high temperature air combustion's stability,the effects on energy saving by means of air preheating,and the characteristics of NO x formations are discussed.
