硫化汞纳米材料的制备研究

摘    要:纳米材料的制备在当前材料科学研究中占据极为重要的位置。以硫代碳酸钠为原料,用室温液相反应合成出前驱物硫代碳酸汞,置于高压釜中,在适当温度和压力下分解,即得纳米硫化汞。用X-射线粉末衍射、透射电镜对产物的组成、大小、形貌进行表征。结果表明,产物纳米硫化汞为粒度分布均匀的立方晶形,晶粒大小约为20nm。采用含汞硫代碳酸盐热分解法制备硫化汞纳米微粒,较易有效控制硫化汞的颗粒形状和大小,同时又避免了其它汞盐热分解带来的杂质影响。

Abstract:The preparation of nanometer material plays an important role in the research of current material science.Taking sodium thiocarbonate as raw material,the precursor HgCS_3 is synthesized by liquid phase reaction at room temperature,then HgCS_3 is decomposed in the autoclave at proper temperature and pressure to form nanometer HgS,whose composition,size and shape are characterized by XRD and TEM.The results show that the nanometer HgS particles are cubic crystal form and have uniform size distribution with size of 20 nm.This technique can not only control the size and shape of HgS particle easily,and also prevent the pollution of the product from impurity.
