平阳霉素联合尿素瘤内注射治疗海绵状血管瘤40例

目的:探讨平阳霉素联合尿素瘤内注射治疗海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效。方法:120例海绵状血管瘤患者随机分为A、B、C组3组,每组40例,A组采用平阳霉素联合尿素瘤内注射;B组采用单纯平阳霉素瘤内注射;C组采用单纯尿素瘤内注射,所有病例随访1年以上,对其疗效进行评估。结果:平阳霉素联合尿素治疗组治愈率明显高于单用平阳霉素组或单用尿素组,治愈疗程也较单用平阳霉素组或单用尿素组明显缩短,而且并发症发生率显著低于单用平阳霉素组或单用尿素组。结论:平阳霉素联合尿素瘤内注射治疗海绵状血管瘤治愈率高、疗程短,并发症少。

Intralesional injection of bleomycin A5 combined with urea for treatment of venous malformation

Objective:To investigate the clinical results of intralesional injection of bleomycin A5 combined with urea for treatment of venous malformation.Methods:A total of 120 cases with venous malformation were randomly subdivi dedinto three groups.40 were treated by intralesional injection of bleomcin A5 combined with urea,40 were treated by intralesional injection of only bleomycin A5,and the other 40 were treated by intralesional injection of only urea.Results:The curative rate of the group treated by combination of bleomycin A5 with urea was higher than that of the two other groups.The healing time of the group treated with bleomycin A5 combined with urea was also shorter than that of the two other groups;and the complication rate of the groups treated with bleomycin A5 combined with urea was also less than that of the two other groups.Conclusions:Intralesional injection of bleomycin A5 combined with urea is an effective way for treatment of venous malformation with higher healing rate,shorter healing time and less complication.
