| Abstract: | The effect of dielectric window's thickness on the measurement of moisture content in glass materials is discussed. A dielectrio window of quarter-wavelength is suggested for the measurement. The error due to reflection losses in boundary plane is found to be minimum when the moisture content is within a range of 2-10%. |
