摘    要:针对1000 MW超超临界锅炉水冷壁温度特性,数值研究了炉膛高热负荷区垂直管圈膜式水冷壁截面温度场和炉膛水冷壁温度分布.计算研究表明:水冷壁温度最高区域处于管壁向火侧顶点或水冷壁向火侧鳍端,在低负荷时管壁向火侧外壁温度最高,而高负荷时向火侧鳍端温度最高.管壁最大温差随锅炉负荷升高而显著增大,最高温度亦随锅炉负荷升高而增...

Temperature Study on Vertical Membrane Water-wall of 1000MW Ultra-supercritical Pressure Boilers in High Heat Flux Area
Abstract:In light of the temperature characteristics of water wall in 1000MW ultra-supercritical pressure boiler,the temperature fields of vertical tube membrane water-wall in high heat flux area of ultra-supercritical boiler and the temperature distribution in the water-wall of the boiler were numerically studied.The results indicate that the highest temperature of membrane water-wall occurs at the facing flame fin's end under high load,the highest temperature occurs at the facing flame outer of water-wall tube under low load.Both the maximum temperature difference and the highest temperature increase when the boiler load increases.The study results can provide great theoretical foundation for the engineering design and the operational monitoring of the vertical tube water-wall in ultra-supercritical boiler.
