| 摘 要： | 给出了基于公理设计理论的轿车门窗密封条端头冲切工位的设计。同时给出了公理设计理论的两个基本公理。结合轿车门窗密封条端头冲切工位的开发 ,用公理设计理论指导设计过程 ,给出了斜冲工位功能要求(FR)与设计参数 (DP)的映射和各自的分解过程 ,得到了基于公理设计的斜冲工位的概念设计草图。结果表明早期设计方案合理 ,设计过程层次分明 ,功能满足设计要求 ,安装调试维护方便

| Abstract: | It proposed the development of punching unit for automobile profile with the help of the axiomatic design. The paper gave two basic principle of axiomatic design theory. Under the base of Axiomatic Design theory, it presented the sketch about functional requirement, design parameters of punching unit and the decomposition process respectively. The results indicated that the project design in the early stage was more reasonable with a clearly design process and the convenience of installation. |
