| 摘 要： | 简述了治涝效益的构成及其特点,对治涝工程的减灾损失作了全面分析,在此基础上,建立了损失计算的一般方法,并运用此方法对某市沿江经济开发区的治涝工程效益进行了估算。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the content and characteristics of the benefit of water logging resistant engineering, the disaster loss of which is analyzed completely. On this basis, the paper gives the usual methods of the benefit calculation. At last, an example is given. |
