| 摘 要： | Infineon公司的大功率H半桥集成芯片BTN7970内部集成了驱动电路,故可以直接和MCU接口,同时具有电流检测,以及过温、过压、欠压、过流和短路保护等诊断功能。本文介绍了BTN7970在直流电机控制驱动系统中的典型应用,给出了电机控制驱动电路以及软件设计。

| Abstract: | Infineon BTN7970 is a high power half bridge integrated chip.It connects directly with MCU by its integrated driver circuit.The chip has diagnosis functions such as current detection and protection against over-temperature,overvoltage,undervoltage,overcurrent and short circuit.Typical design of BTN7970 in motor control driver system is introduced,including the circuit and software design. |
