呼吸性粉尘旋风分离器采样效率数值研究

摘    要:为了研究开发满足我国BMRC采样规范的呼吸性粉尘预分离器,基于流体力学软件Fluent 6.3对不同结构尺寸呼吸性粉尘旋风分离器内部流场进行模拟仿真,选用标准正交表进行采样效率模拟实验,并利用回归设计技术建立了采样效率的二次回归预测模型。通过数值模拟比较预测模型发现,利用提供的方法研究呼吸性粉尘旋风分离器采样效率可保证计算模型可靠性,提高设计效率。

Abstract:In order to research and develop the respirable dust separator satisfied the sample specification of BMRC curve. Various geometries were performed to study inner flow field by commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD) code Fluent 6. 3. Moreover a quadratic regression model for sampling efficiency was established by regression design technique. Through comparing the prediction model with numerical simulations,it was found that regression design can ensure reliability of calculation model,and significantly raise work efficiency.
