摘    要:本煤层瓦斯预抽钻孔参数设置对于矿井预抽期内实现瓦斯抽采达标至关重要,以现场实测法和数值模拟法确定封孔深度和钻孔布置间距2个指标:一方面通过实测钻屑量和钻屑瓦斯解析指标Δh2结合钻孔围岩裂隙场模拟确定封孔深度;另一方面通过模拟不同抽采时间下实现瓦斯抽采目标压力的抽采半径确定合理钻孔间距。通过开展这2项参数的研究,在提高钻孔利用率的同时大幅度提高了瓦斯单孔抽采效果,对类似矿井借鉴意义重大。

Abstract:The pre-extraction of coal seam gas drilling parameters of pre-pumping period for mine gas drainage is essential to achieve compliance,The numerical simulation and field measurement method to determine the depth and drilling sealing arrangement pitch two indicators: On the one hand the amount of drill cuttings and cuttings through the measured gas drilling combined analytical indicators Δh2rock fissure sealing field simulation to determine the depth; On the other hand through the simulation under different extraction time to achieve the target gas extraction extraction extraction pressure to determine a reasonable radius drilling spacing. Through research of these two parameters,While improving drilling efficiency greatly improved extraction of gas-hole effect,This is similar to the conditions of the mine has an important reference.
