大孔吸附树脂法分离石榴籽中总多酚及其抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:以安徽怀远石榴加工废弃物石榴籽为研究对象,建立了大孔吸附树脂纯化石榴籽中总多酚的方法:选择AB-8大孔吸附树脂为实验树脂,吸附过程为单分子层吸附,吸附等温线符合Langmiur方程,拟合方程为y=0.01211+0.02086x,R2=0.9977,理论最大吸附量为82.56mg/g湿树脂。石榴籽乙酸乙酯提取物水溶液以0.75mL/min流速上柱,以0.5mL/min流速洗脱,所收集产品总多酚含量由53.13%提高到78.80%;在Schaal烘箱实验中,12d后添加树脂富集的总多酚的猪油过氧化值为添加石榴籽乙酸乙酯粗提物猪油的1/3,为空白对照猪油的近1/9。

Abstract:This paper utilized the pomegranate seeds,the processing waste,from Anhui Huaiyuan as experimental materials to establish a macroporous resin purification methods of polyphenol:AB -8 was selected as the experimental resin. The flow rate for absorption was 0.75 mL/min and the elution rate was 0.5 mL/min. After purified by the resin the total polyphenol content increased from 53.13% to 78.80%; adsorption process was inferred to be the monolayer adsorption,i.e. Langmiur adsorption.
