| 摘 要： | 分析了我国目前城市轨道交通项目质量的现状和影响因素,并基于全寿命周期理论,从项目建设质量管理的不同角度,提出了＂健全行业法制建设、风险管理、工期的科学制定和IT手段管理＂等改进轨道交通项目建设质量管理的若干措施。

| Abstract: | The present quality status and the influential factors of urban rail transit projects are analysed. Based on life cycle management theory,measures of improving construction quality management of urban rail transit projects are proposed from different perspectives,which include establishing a sound legal mechanism,improving risk management,determining the schedule scientifically and enhancing information technology management. |
