摘    要:基于卫星链路的航空遥感图像实时传输系统是为了监测大面积的自然灾害而建造的,对于取得灾害的第一手资料意义重大。机载实时数据处理系统是其中最重要的一部分,本文详细描述了其硬件组成及配置,并采用比较新颖的方法设计和编写了相应的软件,实现了数据接收、压缩、加密和卫星通信等功能。根据相关接口规范和传输协议,加上可靠的硬件和灵活的软件设计,实现了可模拟成像器有关功能的模拟机,该模拟机的成功实现为整个系统的研制和调试创造了非常方便的条件。该系统可以广泛地应用于防洪抗旱等部门,为防灾减灾提供了有力的参考方法和依据。

Abstract:The satellite channel based airborne remote sensing image real time transmission system is designed for monitoring the natural disaster in vast areas. It is very important in getting the original data. This paper describes the design and implementation of the hardware in details as well as the relevant software, which is involved with data receiving, compression, encryption and communication with satellite. Based on the knowledge of computer hardware and software as well as relevant interface norm and transmitting protocol, the simulation machine is designed and implemented, which can simulate the function of the image formation instrument and it works well. The system can widely applies in flood control and drought resistant. It provides important references and arguments. The remote sensing data sharing system will play an important role in flood control and drought resistant.
