摘    要:分析了国内不锈钢精铸企业与国外的差距,总结了强化生产过程控制,提高精铸件质量的经验.为提高铸件尺寸精度,须从加强批量生产前的试制和批量生产中的过程控制两个方面着手,强化产品工艺设计、严格模具、蜡件、铸件的尺寸检测,在生产过程中严格控制蜡料质量以及射蜡温度、储存蜡件空间的温度、湿度等.为避免铸件表面缺陷,除控制涂料浆的粘度、SiO2含量、pH值外,还应控制型壳面层干燥的湿度并保持温度均匀,碳钢炉料和回炉料须100%抛丸清理.

Abstract:The gap between investment enterprises at home and abroad was described,and improving quality of investment castings by strengthening process control was reviewed.Trial-production and process control before production-volume should be strengthened to improve the geometric accuracy,including improving design of product,strictly measuring the sizes of mould,wax pattern and castings,and strictly controlling the quality of wax,temperature of injection,temperature and humidity of wax pattern chamber.Besides controlling the viscosity of coating,SiO2 content and pH values,the humidity and uniform temperature of surface layer of mold shell should be considered in eliminating surface defects in the castings.
