| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC测定安尔眠胶囊中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1%甲酸溶液(23:77);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长286 nm。结果丹酚酸B在0.84～16.8μg范围内呈现较好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=7.5206X+0.3143(r=0.9998);回收率97.99%,RSD=2.16%。结论此方法简便快捷、结果准确可靠、重现性好,可以较好地控制安尔眠胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method of HPLC for measuring the content of salvianolic acid B in Anermian Capsule.Methods Diamonsil C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% formic acid(23:77) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 286 nm.Results The concentration and peak area of salvianolic acid B showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9998) within the range of 0.84～16.8 μg,with Y=7.5206 X+0.3143 as the regression equation.The average recovery was 97.99% and RSD was 2.16%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be effectively used for the quality control of Anermian Capsule. |
