| 摘 要： | 以常见合成药物与名优中成药方为实训模块,在学生进入制药企业实习前,以拟企业化管理模式组织生产实训,使学生熟悉新药开发及销售全过程,培养学生企业生产责任意识、让学生学会自我、团队管理,为正式进入制药企业从事生产实习与工作奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Corporational production practice used common synthetic drug and famous Chinese patent medicine as the training module,before students practice in the pharmaceutical enterprise,in order to make students familiarize new drug development and sales process,cultivate students＇ enterprise production responsibility consciousness,and learn self-management,team management,which may lay the foundation for the production practice and the work in pharmaceutical enterprise. |
