摘    要:研究了TiCl_3对气体S-N-B共渗动力学过程、组织和性能的影响,筛选出实现低温560℃S-N-B共渗获得较好组织和性能的TiCl_3的最佳加入量;用金相、X射线及电子探针等技术对渗层进行了较系统的分析,对TiCl_3的催渗机理及Ti的渗入机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:The effect of TiCl_3 on the S-N-B process by gas, microstructures and properties was studied. A optimum adding amount of TiCl_3 was screened and better microstructures and properties of S-N-B process in low temperature are obtained. The surface layer was analysed systematically by means of metallography, X-ray and electronic probe. The active mechanism of the TiCl_3 and permeable mechanism of the Ti were probes.
