| 摘 要： | 通过四个史料的分析，以及民间传说和文学、文艺作品中老白干酒的场景，展示了衡水老白干酒悠久的历史文化。证明了老白干酒千百年来就是一枝名扬四海的好酒，口口相传，颂扬至今。文章对酒名老白干三个字进行了进一步解析，并对酿造老白干酒的人文、地理环境加以说明。
