射频溅射法制备氟碳高分子膜的泛黄问题研究

摘    要:为改善射频溅射法制备的防水透湿涂层的外观和拒水性,对涤纶织物基底上的溅射氟碳高分子膜的泛黄问题进行了研究,采用颜色光学中测定色差的方法对泛黄程度作了定量测试,得出不同功率、工作压力和靶距与膜的泛黄程度间的关系,测试结果表明,泛黄程度随着溅射功率的增加而增加,随着工作压力的增加而减小。

Abstract:In order to improve appearance and hydrophobicity of waterproof and moisture permeable coatings, the yellowish of sputtered polymeric fluorocarbon films was investigated. By color photics principle, color difference measurement was color photics used to study yellowish quantitatively. The relationship between discharge conditions ( power, pressure, target distance) and yellowish was obtained. Results show that the yellowish increases with power but decreases with pressure.
