| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响中国地鼠的主要繁殖性状的非遗传因素。方法对2001-2010年的中国地鼠山医群体生产繁育数据库中的数据采用方差分析方法,利用SAS软件进行处理。结果出生年份和胎次对产仔数的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01),而其他固定效应对产仔数的影响均无统计学意义;胎次对离乳数的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01),而其他固定效应对离乳数的影响均无统计学意义。结论出生年份和胎次对中国地鼠的主要繁殖性状影响较为明显,为改善中国地鼠山医群体繁殖状况提供一定的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the non-genetic influential factors of the reproduction traits of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster.Methods The reproduction data of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster in 2001-2010 were assessed by analysis of variance(ANOVA).Results The year of birth and the fetal times had statistically significant influence on litter size(P<0.01),and other 4 fixed influence had no significant influence on litter size.The fetal times had statistical influence on weaning number... |
