摘    要:目的比较2种药剂及投饵量对布氏田鼠的灭杀效果以及灭杀成本。方法2007年8—9月在内蒙古锡林郭勒盟阿尔善地区,设4种不同毒饵处理方法,计算不同处理的灭鼠效果及成本。结果(1)氯敌鼠钠盐毒饵平均灭杀效果62.11%,比溴敌隆毒饵(50.26%)高11.85%。(2)使用氯敌鼠钠盐毒饵量为1600g/hm2,可有效控制布氏田鼠且防治成本较低。(3)投放氯敌鼠钠盐毒饵区未发现天敌的二次中毒。结论从灭杀效果、防治成本及安全性考虑,氯敌鼠钠盐仍是一种相对高效经济的化学防治手段,实际灭鼠工作中可以大规模投入使用。

Abstract:Objective To compaxe the control efficacy and control cost of two different anticoagulant rodenticides against Lasiopodomys brandtii. Methods Tests were carried out from August to September of 2007 in A'er shan district of Xilin Guole, Inner Mongolia. Calculate the control efficacy and control cost of 4 different bait treatments. Results (1) The average efficacy of Chlorophacine-Na was 62.11%, 11.85% higher than bromadiolone (50.26%). (2) The economical and effective dosage of Chlorophacine-Na was 1600 g/hm2 against L. brandtii. (3) There was no secondary poisoning of natural enemy in the axea using Chlorophacine-Na. Conclusion Taking efficacy, cost and security into account, Chlorophacine-Na is still an relatively effective and economical chemical control pesticides, and it is should be used in a large scale of rat control.
