摘    要:采用53式7.62 mm穿燃弹斜入射一种高铜铝合金板,弹速为818 m/s。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察铝板侵彻后的弹坑微观组织。结果表明:弹靶接触表面有熔化物,成分为靶材与弹丸的混合物;在侵彻的不同深度,弹坑微观组织呈现不同的特征,入口处晶粒被拉长,中间处的晶粒发生剧烈扭折,局部出现绝热剪切带,底部观察到形变显微带以及异常长大晶粒;靶板主要发生塑性扩孔型破坏。

Abstract:The aluminum plate with high copper content was shot obliquely by 7.62 mm diameter incendiary projectile at impact velocity of 818 m/s. The microstructure of the crater of the aluminum alloy target plate was investigated with optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that melted substance, a mixture of the target material and the projectile, was found in the interface of target and projectile. Different microstructure characteristics were observed through the depth. Grains were elongated near the entrance, while severely kinked grains and adiabatic shear bands were presented in the middle, and microbands, as well as abnormal grown grains, appeared at the end of the crater. The failure form of target is mainly ductile expanding.
